I know almost nothing about KTM's but I picked up a 2019 1090R with 70 miles on it that the PO had taken home, added a number of farkles, then had to sell it. A few of the things he added were a slip-on, Rottweiler airbox with velocity stacks, and some dongle so when settings were made in off road the bike remembers them.

The 2022 model makes 32Kw/43bhp @ 9000rpm. So while there was no point filling up a bath that was already full, the lightweight engine did need cleaning up to be Euro-5 compliant. Leave the tubeless rim rubber in the front rim. Makes a great rim strip to protect the tube. If you want to run a tube in the rear I'd suggest a new rear rim. A tube will work in a pinch in your current rear rim but the offset hole for the valve will put more stress on the tube. Thanks very much fellas - great advice.
