Hi, I have been flying my Mini 2 today. I have had no problems so far. Today I made a flight in open countryside no problems. Changed battery and made a flight. I got 50 and the drone stopped and said that i had reached my maximum distance. Same for height at 30m. I had 28 satelites connected and no other restrictions in place. I am in no flight restriction zones. Turned drone on aand off

If i need to use 1.1.2 just to remove the height restriction I'll install a copy of the older one. But i don't want to mess around with the mavic's firmware. Unless things have changed, Go 4 allows you to go up to 500 m (1640 ft). When you change the max height setting it requires you to read some notice then move on.
As per the Indian govt rules, nano drones (mavic mini or mini 2) can't be flown beyond 15m vertical distance. Recently, DJI Fly app has put a soft lock for the same. There's a huge community of Mini users looking for 3rd party app like Dronelink. Do we have any such restriction in Dronelink app as well for India? The max. altitude for the Air 2S is 5000m on the specs sheet. Does anybody know if this is a fixed limit by software (like geofence) or a physical limit by thin air, that may be exceeded in ideal conditions or adapted propellers? Chicago. May 14, 2020. #18. The drone is CAPABLE of 10k, but you have to have absolutely RF sterile conditions and almost a complete unobstructed line of sight to achieve that.. I’m getting about a mile and a half of pristine video feed. With this drone it seems like you have the connection until you just don’t anymore.
