Uninstall the game, then Delete the “C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord folder. Delete the "C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord folder. This is what it means to do a clean re-install. Those folders do not get removed when you just do an uninstall and have to be deleted manually.
After you are sure that everything is up to date and still can't launch the game you can try this workaround: Navigate through the steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client folder. Launch the game through Bannerlord.exe. Please note that launching the game through this way will disable Steam in-game overlay. You

I watch videos and all and it still wont launch my mods. I created a folder D:\\MyGames\\Vortex\\{GAME} on the same drive I have all my games. It still wont launch my mods. I need help. Never used vortex before. Only NMM. All my mods are enabled.

The first reason why mods stop working in most games, including Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, is that they become incompatible with the base game. The game gets updates which may add new content, fix bugs or may change the main code entirely too. The mod creator has to update their mod to work smoothly with all the changes the game has made
Disabled then deleted all mods. Game files verified. Deleted "C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord". Launcher still crashes on startup but can run with bannerlord.exe. Version: 1.5.0. Computer Specs: OS: Windows 10. GPU: NVidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super. CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8 core 3.60 GHz.

Try following these steps. Steam > Library > Bannerlord > Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files, then go up one level and delete the Bannerlord directory. However you'll still need to uninstall through the steam software, otherwise the software won't let you re-download the game, because it will believe its already installed.
